It has changed and evolved with age The body and parts still very simular All hold the beauty and sound engaging In a flow of emotions creation gives her.
She comes in many colors, sizes and shapes And is constructed with skill and balance. From high tones to low, it can demonstrate The imaginary or realistic qualities enhance.
A black and white face of ebony and ivory Join together in melodious harmonies Accentuate each other with each depression To blend and tell of romance or tragedies.
She has relatives that have tried to follow her fame Not all fitted with velvet hammers and strings She is the MASTERPIECE of all that have been That's why she is affectionately named, the GRANDE.
A marvelous instrument that is more versatile per say Than those that have colored circuits and wires. Each part of her is carefully designed and staged to play The compositions of other MASTERS so greatly admired.
