~ NO NEED TO QUESTION ~

As I sit here comtemplating, I ask myself
Have I done enough for the Lord and Man?
Then I realize the query, an object on a shelf
There is no answer, not according to His plan.

If you go to church every time the door opens,
That can't assure you that you've done enough.
If you call your neighbor and invite him in
What does that give you?  The answer is tough.

Life as we know it is long and full of daily woes.
Our bodies so frail, That at times we give up.
But look around you and you can find those
Who live their lives, not considering it enough.

What does God expect from us, No not perfection
Because if it were that, we would never make it.
So what do I do now,  I still have contemplation
Should I give up, Oh No, when my heart says quit.

Then my mind remembers the promise made to me
By my shepherd who watches my every step.
He tells me I shall not want, so why am I in need?
There the answer is coming clearer to my self.

He leads me, He restores me, my cup over flows
He leads me through His righteousness, not mine.
But for His name sake, His word allows me to know
There is no evil to feat, in Him peace I can find.

He feeds me from His table, an honor He bestows
A gift of everlasting love is there for the taking
His goodness and mercy, always within me flow
And His home shall me mine, when it is time to go.

All Praises go to the Father for everlasting love.
The queries in my mind, may flicker in and out
But Gods grace is sufficient for all of the above
There is never more a question, with Him, no doubts.

Psalms 23:1 - The lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.....

1John 3: 2, 3 ~ Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be; but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him;  for we shall see him as he is.  3) And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
