| MY LINK TO GOD AND THEM Just about a year ago, I started a new adventure A way to take me away And bring the world to me It’s not anything new Yet there are more invented A box full of circuits, bytes, Pixels and more to see. I fumbled along and bit by bit I learned how to go To worlds I’ve never been before, Without leaving home. At first I was so in awe of what this box could show It was frightening at times At how far away I could roam. I lived a Christian life But desired a way to reach out To the lost and dying world, And felt I didn’t know how. When surfing around the net one day I just wanted to shout. I found a place where prayer was needed So to the LORD I bowed. He led me into this group of warriors Who prayed for others needs. For whoever would email in And be distraught from cares, pain. So to the LORD I humbly went And praised HIM for answering these And since that day on the internet, My life is not the same. So many precious friends have I made Just by extending a hand. And not that I am some great person, It mattered not to them. Every one is equal, God intended it to be In this great land.
