MUSTARD SEED FAITH ! ! |

| The Bible in Matthew chapter 13: 30, 31 Jesus compares the kingdom of heaven to a mustard seed. The smallest seed a farmer would grow. The kingdom of heaven has small beginnings, but will grow and produce great results. So does the new Christian, his FAITH may start out small, but it will grow also... FAITH For such a short word It's meaning is profound. Can just one syllable Escape sight and sound? The words of a song Says, you can't go wrong. With faith on your side He constantly abides. A new born Christian Goes on a mission, To make his faith grow As the farmer that sows. Can you see faith, As your soul awaits? Can it be defined, Ingrained in your mind? *~*~*~* You use faith to start Salvation in your heart A gift that is also free Excercised by you and me. But you have to cultivate To begin to relate Feed it with God's word Everyday it must be heard. Let it pass from your lips, And into your heart it will live Increasing your faith as you read Bringing it to life, to believe. Seeing and believing Hearing and receiving The promises that are yours Faith unlocks the doors.
